Tasks: pipeline and tools developer, photographer, hands-on supervisor.

   I planned the still photography shoots with the VFX, supervised the shoots as well as photographed - the sets in Vancouver and Oakland. Maintained a very close look on every step of the production while writting new tools to facilitate the process.

   I also allocated resources to train new team members and coordinated the writting of documentation for every application/tool that was required in our pipeline and kept it in our intranet. In addition, I collaborated in a company-wide set of standards and procedures that made day-to-day progress manageable.
